San Zeno, VAT No. 01111420517, undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, and EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act). This statement aims to clarify the compliance status of the website https://www.italpreziosi.it/en/.
The website is currently not compliant with the accessibility requirements provided for under the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard.
However, pursuant to the combined provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (Articles 1, 2, and 15), Legislative Decree No. 82/2022 (Article 3, paragraph 2), AGID Circular No. 3/2022, and relevant European guidelines, the website is not subject to mandatory accessibility compliance for the following reasons:
- It was published prior to 28 June 2025;
- No substantial modifications have been made (such as graphic redesigns, code restructuring, CMS changes, or significant technological upgrades) after that date;
- Only ordinary maintenance and content updates have been carried out, which do not constitute substantial changes.
Therefore, as of the current date, the website is not subject to immediate compliance obligations under the applicable accessibility legislation.
In the event of future structural modifications, restyling, or significant technological updates, the Company will assess and plan the website’s compliance with accessibility requirements in accordance with the applicable legislation and corresponding implementation timelines.
